Prior to joining the Center of Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Excellence, Dr. Khachatryan completed nearly six years of intensive practice as an orthopedic spine surgeon at Desert Orthopedic Center in Rancho Mirage, California. Dr. Khachatryan received his medical degree from Yale University Medical School in 1996, followed by a general surgery internship, orthopedic surgery residency and spine training at the University of Utah Medical Center.
